DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon dispatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please email our friendly Customer Care at: info@umaandleopold.com

Our online business working days are Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Fridays evening (Bali calendar) will be addressed the following Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Orders may experience delays in processing time due to busy periods of Balinese national holidays (https://www.timeanddate.com/holidays/indonesia/). We do not have express shipping options at the moment.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Note: DHL does not ship to P.O Boxes, therefore a residential address is required, providing a signature upon delivery of your order. If the shipping address is a company, you must write the name of the company before your name.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If an order has been placed, in which an item is not available, we will notify you promptly via email. 

For domestic and international orders, you can log on to www.dhl.com/track to track your package.

CUSTOMS/ IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the client  responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Uma and Leopold  will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Uma and Leopold, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. Uma and Leopold cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce customs fees. Please note, we currently do not ship to Azerbaijan, Brazil, Qatar, Russia, and Syria.

Uma and Leopold is not reliable for any damage caused during the shipping and handling by 3rd parties of the ordered items.
